I'm Kalen, a CS sophomore at WPI who builds full-stack and embedded software. I'm a hackathon veteran and a former SWE intern at BlockHaven, and I'm looking for a Summer 2027 software engineering internship.
My favorite personal project is Advent of Racket, a Racket + Advent of Code + LeetCode mashup I built after taking WPI's functional programming class. I really enjoyed developing the backend, especially figuring out how to handle server-side Racket code execution.
Lately I've gotten into C and embedded systems. At GoatHacks '26 my team built a repairable doorbell camera on an ESP32-S3 and won Best Hardware. Now I write embedded C for WPI's High Powered Rocketry Club.
